When Clients Bring Us In

The challenges leadership teams bring to us.

Owner dependence, unclear responsibilities, inconsistent business development, and initiatives at risk are common reasons to seek outside support.

Every decision runs through the owner

Growth is capped by how much the owner can personally handle.

The owner is the only one bringing in work

Business development stops when the owner is busy delivering.

A new market with no plan

You want new customers or government work but have no strategy or system to get there.

The work lives in people's heads

Every new hire exposes another gap in how things get done.

Growth that outpaced structure

Revenue grew, but roles, meetings and processes never caught up.

How We Deliver

  2. 02

    Design

We design what the plan calls for: roles, routines, processes, pipeline or program governance.

  3. 03

    Implement

We put it in place with your team and coordinate delivery.

  4. 04

    Optimize

We stay in the seat to make it stick, as your Fractional COO, fractional business development team or program delivery lead.

The Difference

Your partner in leadership and execution.

Marshall Solutions Group works alongside your people to build the systems that let your organization grow and deliver without depending on a few people. We don't hand you a slide deck and leave. We design the structure, put it in place with your team, and stay until it runs.

Every engagement is led by a named senior leader who stays accountable from start to finish, supported by specialists as the scope requires. Our team brings military operating discipline and hands-on experience across operations, business development and program delivery, applied to commercial and public-sector organizations.

You keep everything we build for you, whether or not you continue with us.

  • Senior accountability — a named leader owns your engagement from start to finish
  • We build, not just advise — SOPs, scorecards and operating routines your team actually uses
  • Veteran-led discipline — clear ownership, follow-through and decisions that stick
  • Your deliverables stay with you — whether or not you continue with us

Scope, deliverables and responsibilities are defined in each engagement.
