About the Business

A veteran-led management consulting firm built for federal delivery.

Marshall Solutions Group is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Washington State, founded and led by a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief.

Our federal service supports contractors before and after award — registration and certification readiness, then program management, PMO support, and operational discipline on contracts that have been won. You complete and own all registrations and filings; we do not provide capture or proposal development. Business development across commercial and government markets — including market development and procurement-readiness coordination — is a separate offering under our Business Development & Revenue Operations service.

Engagements are delivered remotely by default and on-site when contract performance requires it.

Core Capabilities

What we deliver after award

Fractional Operating Partner

Senior operating leadership embedded into the business — running the cadence, decisions, and accountability that keep essential-service contracts performing day to day.

Execution Leadership on Active Contracts

Hands-on program and project leadership on contracts already won — installing the governance, reporting, and follow-through that protect customer scorecards and renewal.

PMO Stand-Up & Strengthening

Stand up or rebuild a Project Management Office with the standards, tools, and reporting required for federal and essential-service delivery environments.

Operational Performance & Recovery

Diagnose performance gaps on at-risk work, stabilize delivery, and rebuild the operating discipline required to meet contract requirements.

Subcontracting & Teaming

A subcontracting partner to primes that need execution capacity.

We work alongside large primes that run major federal and essential-service programs — providing operating leadership, program and project management, and PMO support on task orders that require disciplined, on-the-ground delivery.

Our posture is outcomes, not seats. We embed senior leadership on the work that determines whether a contract performs — not generic staff augmentation.

As an SBA-certified SDVOSB management consulting partner, we also support the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) mission space — DOE program offices, national laboratories, research initiatives, and the prime and management and operating (M&O) contractors that run them. Our DOE management consulting focus is management and strategy consulting; Department of Energy program management support and project management; organizational leadership and change management; operational assessments and process improvement; program governance, accountability, and performance reporting; research program administration and coordination; workforce development and organizational transformation; and federal contractor management and administrative support. This is federal operations consulting and government program implementation — not electrical engineering, energy infrastructure design, power systems, or technical engineering services.

For primes building small-business participation plans, our SDVOSB status, federal registrations, and delivery track record make us a meaningful teammate on the right pursuits.

The Differentiator

Management-led. Technically-backed. Embedded — not advised.

Most small consulting firms hand over a deck and walk away. We embed an operating partner inside the work — running the cadence, decisions, and accountability that keep essential-service contracts on track.

Veteran leadership, hands-on operating experience, and SDVOSB status make Marshall Solutions Group a credible partner for primes and program offices that need execution, not slideware.
